🚚 SHIPPING POLICY
Rimrock Manufacturing
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are shipped and what to expect when receiving freight shipments.
Shipping Method
Many Rimrock Manufacturing products ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight due to size and weight.
LTL freight is typically curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged. Additional services such as liftgate or limited-access delivery may incur extra charges.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations may require custom arrangements.
Lead Times & Transit
-
Production lead times vary by product and customization
-
Transit times are estimates only and depend on carrier schedules
-
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or logistics issues are outside our control
Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate delivery information
-
Ensuring the delivery location can accept freight
-
Being available to receive delivery
Missed deliveries, re-delivery fees, or storage charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Inspection (IMPORTANT)
All freight shipments must be inspected before signing the delivery receipt.
-
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
-
Do not sign “clear” if damage is present
-
Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to inspect and document damage may void the ability to file a freight claim.
Full details are outlined in our Freight Damage & Delivery Inspection Policy (see Terms of Service).
Freight Damage
Rimrock Manufacturing will assist with freight claims when inspection requirements are met. Carrier approval is not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and freight charges may be estimates and are subject to final carrier rates at time of shipment. Additional accessorial charges may apply.
